My lawyer says we have to protect ourselves: note that we are constantly developing screenplays, we probably have a screenplay like what you suggest in development. Furthermore, if you suggest an idea for a screenplay you are giving us that idea.

I don't know what sort of chance we have, but I figure it's worth a try.
